Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact Barnora before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return Address and Authorization

Do not mail returns to the Vyrix LLC registered office unless Barnora support specifically instructs you to do so. To begin a return, email info@vyrixllc.com with your order details and reason for return.

After a return is approved, Barnora will provide a return authorization. The return address is 28936 Avenue Williams, Valencia, CA 91355, United States, unless our support team provides different instructions for your specific order.

Item Condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, dry, and in original condition with any included packaging or accessories. Used, soiled, damaged, modified, final-sale, or custom items may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged item, or other issue confirmed by Barnora support.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary, but many refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
